OUR FEATURES

  1. Personal Training Program Design
    Individually tailored to fit the client’s goals. A compilation of resistance training, functional training, bodyweight training and advanced fat burning cardio techniques. Training takes place at our premiere personal training studio.
  2. Monthly Fitness Assessments
    Physical measurements. Monitor body composition, body fat percentage, weight, muscle mass. Completing fitness tests/benchmarks that correlate to your personal goal.
  3. Nutrition Consultation
    A complimentary 45 minute session focused on nutrition to accomplish your goals. Our team holds nationally accredited Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialists certifications.
  4. Online Training/ Accountability Coaching
    Online training- From a smartphone or computer, you will find your client dashboard, your personalized schedule and your online workout plan tailored to your fitness level, your schedule constraints, your goals, and likes/dislikes. Accountability coach- is someone who you hold yourself accountable to each week to help you get to your end goal. This includes daily and weekly mini-tasks, check-ins, and challenges.
