  1. How does your program work? What can I expect to get from it?
    My program is designed to be results oriented with a clear end goal in mind. Before the program starts, I will provide you with a realistic timeline and schedule going from day 1 until the end of your program. You will have daily, weekly and monthly tasks delivered to you for completion. We will be in constant contact throughout the process, that means Email, Texts, Facebook Messenger (My Favorite), and video calls. You will have a lot of evidence and data to send to me, but this is important. I need the data to tweak your plan throughout the process and I need the evidence to ensure that you are getting done everything that we need done. My short-term goals are to break bad habits (most you don’t realize that you’re doing). The program’s structure will make you redesign your daily life and will transform your thinking. My end goal is for you to achieve the results that you want, but more importantly, I want to send you on your way with new found confidence and knowledge to do this on your own. Fitness takes a lifestyle change and that is truly my ultimate wish for you.
  2. How do your remote accountability coaching, and online training programs differ from all the others on the internet?
    Many trainers will hide behind fancy marketing to sell their “online personal training” with the sole purpose of supplementing their in-person training business. They push out cookie cutter plans in addition to a one size fits all meal plan. They expect a high turnover, so they focus obtaining new clients, and not caring if you achieve results or not.
  3. How do I sign up? What plan should I pick? What should I do to get ready?
    Begin by identifying your goals, write them down. Then determine the number of weeks that it should take you to achieve your goal. For example, if you can safely and conservatively lose around 1-2 lbs. per week, how many weeks would it take you to achieve your ideal body weight? Or maybe you have a big beach trip coming up or a wedding to attend in 3 months (Reach out to me if you need help with this). You now have a rough timeline. Use it to determine the program length that will be required to reach your target date or goal (Again, I can help with this).   4. What will it cost me?
    Let’s face it. Personal training is not cheap; however, it is a luxury that you deserve, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It is not uncommon to pay upwards of $100 per in-person session. It’s also not uncommon to have to travel quite far to someone who is good. My goal is to address both of those drawbacks with this remote accountability coaching and online training program. This program is designed to provide you greater accountability, more structure, and better results than in person training at a monthly price point that is comparable to ONE in person training session.
